Managing my booking requests
Now that you've set up your first gig offer, booking requests will start to come through.
Once a buyer is interested in your offer, he will submit a booking request. He will choose the package he's interested in as well as answer any questions you may have set up when you created the offer.
On your home page you will see a red circle with a number next to the Requests icon. You will also receive a notification alerting you of the new request. Simply click on the icon.

Once there, you will see all the unanswered requests you may have. Click on one to see the details.

Here you will see an approximation of the location of the gig. For privacy purposes, you will only be able to see the full address once you've accepted the booking request, scheduled the delivery and are on your way to the location of the gig.
The Order details button shows you important details about the booking request, such as the package selected, the answer to the questions as well as information about the buyer.

The action button on the bottom-right corner of the screen opens up a menu with all possible actions. You can:
Chat with the buyer: You can chat with the buyer if you need more information to make a decision regarding the booking request.
Accept the gig: This will transform the booking request into an order. Warning: you can still cancel the gig after this step, although your profile may be negatively impacted.
Decline the gig: It may be because you're all booked up, or you may not be available on the day the buyer wants the delivery. If you're not sure if you can make it, you're better off declining the request, as canceling the order later may impact negatively your Popworker account.

Chats
Chats are the primary mean of communication on Popwork. Chats between a seller and a buyer opens as soon as the buyer makes a booking request and closes when the order is either completed, canceled or the booking request is declined.
All your chats for your ongoing orders will be in the Chats tab. Every chat is identified by the order number.

If you've accepted the booking request, congratulations ! You just got your first order. Managing orders are a whole other thing, so we will see you in the next section of this guide.
