Managing my ongoing orders
Orders section
Now that you've accepted your first order, it will appear in the orders section on your home page.
Here you will see all your orders who are not yet completed.

You may also see all your scheduled orders in a calendar format in the Calendar tab.

Orders status
Orders on Popwork can have 3 different status:
To be scheduled: You have accepted the booking request and will be scheduling the delivery soon.
Scheduled: You have scheduled the delivery for the order.
In progress: Once the time of the delivery comes, the order will switch to in progress, allowing you to get the address for the delivery.

Orders details
To view an order's details, simply click on an order. This will bring up the order's details screen. Here you will see an approximation of the location of the gig, as well as important details about the order. For more details, simply click order details.
Swipe buttons represents actions that switches an order's status. You can find them in the order's details in the orders section on your home page.

Reschedule or cancel an order
Unexpected things happen, that's why you can always reschedule the delivery or cancel an order after its been scheduled/accepted. Simply tap on the actions button on the bottom-right of the order's details screen. This will bring up a menu with all possible actions for this order.

Closing an order
Once the gig has been completed and you swiped to close the order you will be brought to the Close order screen. Here you can add a picture, showing the completed gig and leave notes for the buyer. Once ready, swipe to close the order. Careful, once closed an order cannot be reopened.
Usually, you would get automatically paid after the completion of this step. Since Popwork is still under development, we've decided to release a first version of the platform where payments processing is not included.

Congratulations, you've just completed your first order! After an order has been completed the buyer will be able to leave a review on your profile. Check out the next part of the guide on Reviews.
